Wood Impregnation

It is a water-based impregnated material that does not form a film on the surface and protects the wood against fungi.

AREAS OF USE
It is used for impregnation of wood that is exposed to intense moisture. It is used in wooden houses, windows, balconies, exterior doors, wooden fences and electric poles, paneling, wood of damp basements and similar places.

APPLICATION
• The application surface should be solid, free from all kinds of dirt, oil, dust and frost, and be clean and dry.
• Loose and weak parts on the surface, grout of cement, ponded water, coatings, etc. must be free of foreign matter and other contaminants.
• The surface should be cleaned and conditioned with high pressure water or abrasive equipment.
• Mix with a low-speed mixer for at least 3 minutes in a clean container or in its own package, free of all substances preventing adhesion. Do not add foreign material.
• It can be applied in two layers by brush, roller and dipping method. Preliminary testing is recommended for different applications. If a few layers will be applied, a minimum of 4 hours should be waited between layers.
• It cannot be used alone as a waterproofing material.
• The moisture content of the wood to be applied should not exceed 15%.
