Bianol (Metallic Effect Paint)

It is a solvent based, gloss, enamel decorative refinish with metallic effect.

AREAS OF USE
It is used on new or previously painted, surface treated wooden or metal settings, ornaments and decorative objects.

 

SPECIFICATION
• It is bight.
• It is applied with brush, roller or by spraying
• It can be wiped with a wet cloth.

 

APPLICATION
The surface must certainly be dry. The weather temperature must be minimum 10°C and the relative humidity must be under 80% during application and drying.
Unpainted Surfaces: Dirt, dust, oil and rust must be cleaned. 1-2 layers of primer,  with the colour close to the colour of the top coating of the wooden and cardboard surfaces, is applied.  Solvent Based Decorative Paint can be applied directly onto the dry indoor metal surfaces. Aluminium surfaces must be roughened before treatment.
Pre-painted Surfaces:   Painted surface is washed and cleaned with detergent and rinsed with water. Surfaces with weak bright and industrial paints are scratched with spatula and rubbed with emery. Rubbing dusts are cleaned. Cracks and holes are filled with putty and rubbed. Primer suitable to the colour of the top coating is applied to the wood surfaces. Primer application is made with Anti corrosion to the metal surfaces. It must be mixed thoroughly before and during using for preserving the homogeneity of the colour due to the characteristics of the metal pigments. Thinning is possible by using synthetic thinner if necessary. It must be applied 1-2 times with a brush or a roller. Roller or spraying application can be made for large areas.
